According to data from the Economic Census 2019,  24,791 economic units were totaled in Elementary and Secondary Schools, highlighting Estado de México (4,216), Ciudad de México (3,165), and Jalisco (1,751).

Total gross production was $89.1B MX. The states with the highest total gross production were Ciudad de México ($17.1B MX) and Estado de México ($9.38B MX).

According to dato from Economic Census 2014, Elementary and Secondary Schools had a total of 22,447 economic units and the municipalities with the highest number of economic units were Puebla (954), Iztapalapa (634), and Guadalajara (595)

Total income eached $59.9B MX and the municipalities with the highest income were Monterrey ($3B MX), Puebla ($1.8B MX), and Benito Juárez ($1.79B MX).

Total expenditures were $20.4B MX and the municipalities with the highest expenditures were Monterrey ($1.16B MX), Benito Juárez ($914M MX), and Puebla ($597M MX).
