The workforce of Realtors during first quarter of 2022 was 85.5k people, whose salary averaged $6.02k MX working around 36.6 hours per week.

The average age of Realtors was 45.2 years. The workforce was distributed in 54.2% men with an average salary of $6.02k MX and, 45.8% women with average salary of $6.02k MX.

The best average salaries received by Realtors were in Tamaulipas ($23.1k MX), Nayarit ($17.2k MX), and Tlaxcala ($13.6k MX) while the workforce was larger in Ciudad de México (11.8k), Veracruz de Ignacio de la Llave (6.87k), and Jalisco (6.58k).

In terms of industries, the best average salaries were in Regulation and Promotion of Economic Development ($14k MX), Travel Arrangement and Reservation Services ($8k MX), and Residential Building Construction ($6.45k MX), while the workforce was concentrated on Residential Building Construction (4.71k), Legal Services (2.98k), and Travel Arrangement and Reservation Services (344).

53.1% of the total informal workers correspond to women with an average salary of $5.27k MX and 46.9% to men with an average salary of $5.39k MX.

At the level of states, Sonora had the highest percentage of informal workers with 89.9% corresponding to 1.01k from 1.12k workers, while the state with the lowest percentage of informal workers was Veracruz de Ignacio de la Llave with a 9.83% corresponding to 675 from 6.87k workers.

At first quarter of 2022, the people who worked as Realtors were 85.5k being a 5.36% lower than the fourth quarter of 2021. (90.4k).

In the same period, an average salary of $6.02k MX was observed, registering a drop of 16.2%, compared to the fourth quarter of 2021 ($7.18k MX).

The states with the highest number of Realtors during the first quarter of 2022 were Ciudad de México (11.8k), Veracruz de Ignacio de la Llave (6.87k), and Jalisco (6.58k)

Comparing the first quarter of 2021 and the first quarter of 2022, the main positive variations occurred in Veracruz de Ignacio de la Llave and Michoacán de Ocampo with an increase of 4.69k (215%) and 3.18k (138%), respectively. On the other hand, the negative variations were accentuated in Ciudad de México and Guanajuato with a decrease of 7.72k (39.6%) and 2.25k (50%), respectively.

Comparing the first quarter of 2021 and the first quarter of 2022, the positive salary growth was higher in Tamaulipas and Sinaloa with an increase of $20k MX (645%) and $9.11k MX (653%), respectively. Por otro lado, las variaciones salariales negativas se acentuaron en Baja California Sur and Colima with a decrease of $17.7k MX (79.6%) and $10.8k MX (73%), respectively.

The workforce of Realtors during the first quarter of 2022 was higher in the age group with 35 to 44 years concentrating 21.7k workers of which 49.6% corresponds to formal employment (10.7k) and 50.4% to informal employment (10.9k).

Regarding the schooling years, the workforce was higher in the range with 16 to 18 years of schooling concentrating 41.9k workers of which 47.4%  corresponds to formal employment (19.8k) and 52.6% corresponds to informal employment (22k).
